Orders and Cancellations

How do I place an order?

Browse products, add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose the available payment method. You will receive confirmation by email or SMS after placing the order.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Orders are processed quickly. If your order has not been dispatched, contact support and we will try to help. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

What is the delivery time?

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days depending on pin code serviceability, courier operations, and location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across India. Any applicable COD handling fee is shown clearly at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within India only.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.

Is COD available?

COD is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. Any COD handling fee is shown before you complete checkout.
