Who We Are

VirtuKart is the storefront operated by Kartik Kaushik (Sole Proprietor) and is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

VirtuKart works with a third-party fulfillment partner based in India, who stores, processes, packs, and ships customer orders on our behalf. All orders are serviced and delivered within India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Across India. We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Any applicable COD handling fee is shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 0-1 business day, Monday-Saturday. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Transit time: 4-6 business days, Monday-Saturday.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days from the date of order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, remote locations, public holidays, weather, or other external factors.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Deliveries to certain remote locations, including parts of the North East or Jammu and Kashmir, may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier networks including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping, depending on location and serviceability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by SMS and email. You can also contact support with your order number for help tracking an order.

Delivery and Order Confirmation

Orders may be confirmed by call or SMS before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and reachable.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is marked delivered but has not been received, please check with nearby recipients or building security first, then contact us immediately.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video so we can review and arrange a suitable resolution.
